Terms of Service

By accessing and using Digital Delta Gaming (DDG) services, including our Garry's Mod servers, website, and Discord community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Roleplay Requirements:

• Maintain character at all times during roleplay
• No Random Death Match (RDM) or Random Arrest (RDA)
• Follow New Life Rule (NLR) - 3 minutes after death
• No metagaming or powergaming

General Conduct:

• Respect all players and staff members
• No harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
• English only in global chat
• No advertising other servers or communities
• No cheating, exploiting, or use of third-party software

DDG Credits and VIP Packages: All purchases of in-game credits, VIP ranks, and premium packages are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases of technical errors on our part.

Chargebacks: Any unauthorized chargebacks will result in an immediate permanent ban from all DDG services.

Server Wipes: DDG Credits and purchased items may be affected by server wipes. We will make reasonable efforts to restore purchased items when possible.
